We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing treatment programs for patients with physical impairments or disabilities. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in various settings, including other physiotherapists, Massage therapists and Pedorthist . Experience in orthopedic cases is a must.

Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and self-care strategies.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and outcomes.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Stay updated on the latest research and techniques in physiotherapy.
Experience
Fully licensed with Alberta college of physiotherapists .
Minimum two years experience is required.
Vestibular Rehab is preferred.
Pelvic Floor training is an advantage but not mandatory.
Dry Needling/ IMS/Acupuncture experience are essential.
Training in McKenzie method for Diagnosis and treatment is a must( at least level A).
Previous experience in private practice setting is required.
Experience working with geriatric patients is an advantage but not mandatory.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and colleagues.
