Job Description
Swell Physio is seeking a fully licensed Physiotherapist for their Stettler and/or Red Deer clinics. Part time or full time employment can be accommodated. We are looking for motivated applicants who enjoy working independently and value active-based rehabilitation approaches.

The Stettler clinic has the opportunity for an instant caseload with high monthly client intakes. The wellness facility we are in has a large clientele of young athletes and active individuals.
The Red Deer clinic poses a unique opportunity to create a niche caseload with your niche/special interest clientele. This clinic is located within a facility that has a large female-based population. An interest in women’s health and/or Pilates would be beneficial.
Position Details:
Looking for an Independent Contractor.
Earnings: Fee Split in range from 55-60%, based on experience.
Advancement: Opportunity for yearly increases based on learning, growth, and performance. Maximum achievable fee split of 70%.
Populations to treat: 95% Private, 5% MVA
Key Responsibilities: Physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and ongoing communication with clientele. Timely completion of charting, documentation, reports, and referrals. Responsible for greeting and rebooking clients, cleaning and sanitation of equipment, and client payment. Physiotherapist to work within the Standards of Practice as per the College of Physiotherapy of Alberta.
Pre-requisites:
1. Must be fully licensed to practice Physiotherapy in Alberta.
2. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential.
3. Experience in private practice physiotherapy is beneficial.
4. The ideal candidate will have a special interest in the following areas: Orthopaedics, Sport Physiotherapy, active physiotherapy techniques, and promotion of general health and wellness for clientele.
5. Additional training/certification in manual therapy, dry needling, acupuncture, and strength & conditioning are considered assets.
