Physiotherapist Bio
I graduated from the University of Alberta MScPT 2014 program and have since continued enhancing my qualifications and skills achieving my Diploma of Sport Physiotherapy in 2018. I’m not only involved in assessing and treating patients of all ages, I assist them in achieving their activity rehab and performance goals. I have 8+ years of experience working in multidisciplinary clinics including shoulder/hand/wrist surgical clinics, acute knee injury clinics (AKIC), and performing arts clinics, working with orthopaedic surgeons and sport & exercise medicine physicians.
My areas of specialty include working with performing artists, rock climbers, para sport athletes, and those with upper extremity injuries. I am multilingual and able to work with patients in Cantonese, Mandarin, and some French.
I have been the Lead Physiotherapist for Team Canada Women’s Sitting Volleyball Team since 2017 and have been involved with Canada Basketball 3x3 U23 national teams in 2023.
In my spare time, I enjoy skiing, salsa dancing, rock climbing, playing volleyball and badminton.
