Physiotherapist's Details
My treatment philosophy has a bias towards education and active exercise-based therapy to help promote self-management strategies and recovery. When appropriate, I support rehabilitation with manual therapy, spinal manipulation, IMS/dry needling, and shockwave as additional therapies. I am also fortunate to have developed a fantastic network of physicians, specialists, and other physiotherapists in the Lethbridge area. This allows me to refer patients out towards more specialized providers when needed to help optimize their care.
I have a specific interest in treating and managing upper limb conditions including shoulder pain and neck referred spinal pain. I have extensive additional training in musculoskeletal assessment and treatment as a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT), from my Diploma in Sports Physiotherapy (Dip Sport PT), and I have a post-graduate Master’s of Clinical Science for Advanced Musculoskeletal Assessment degree (MClSc).
I am able to include the following restricted activities within my practice:
• Order diagnostic imaging (Xray, ultrasounds)
• Perform Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS)/dry needling)
• Perform spinal manipulation
I work in the following two locations currently:
1. Physiotherapist – Rebound Health Centre
• Self-referral or physician referral
• Accepting motor vehicle accident claims, but not currently accepting WCB patients
2. Expert Musculoskeletal Assessor 1 (EMA) - Rapid Access Clinic Lethbridge
• By referral from either your physician or allied health care provider (some restrictions apply)
• Triage orthopedic surgery referrals as operative vs non-operative

• President – Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy
