Job Description

Physiotherapist – REP Physio (Edmonton, AB)
Full-time | New Bulyea Rd. Location
Looking for a clinic that truly values your experience and professional autonomy? Want a team culture that supports your clinical judgment while fostering growth with a flexible schedule? REP Physio’s brand-new Bulyea Rd. clinic, in the heart of Riverbend, might be the perfect fit.
We’re proud to have one of the most experienced, respected, and talented physiotherapy teams in Edmonton — over 175 years of combined clinical experience, including former UofA Rehab Med faculty, multiple FCAMPT therapists, and the current chair of the Canadian Orthopaedic Division among other great therapists and caring admin staff.

Why REP Physio?
A thoughtfully designed, modern, bright clinic designed for active, evidence-based care with a large gym space, hydraulic treatment beds, top notch exercise equipment, force plates, and large private treatment rooms.
One-on-one treatment — no assembly lines, no stacked schedules.
People before 1s and 0s.
Supportive team culture that respects your autonomy and encourages your practice.
Diverse caseload: athletes, post-op clients, weekend warriors, seniors and more.
Competitive pay, benefits for eligible staff, mentorship.

What You Will Do:
Provide evidence-informed, patient-centered physiotherapy
Build meaningful relationships with clients and the community
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Build caseload through community outreach with the support of management

What You Will Not Do:
Pretend that parking clients on a hot pack and TENS machine is in their best interest and not yours.
Hop between curtains in an assembly line care model. (At REP, client care is not a multi-task)

What We Are Looking For:
An experienced physio licensed with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta that is looking for a change of pace and practice, or a new grad physio who has what it takes to build an evening (and maybe weekend) caseload alongside talented colleagues. We are looking for a long term fit for someone that is passionate about care and lifelong learning.

About the Company
