We’re actively seeking Primary Care Paramedics and Advanced Care Paramedics to join Alberta’s dedicated healthcare team.

Discover financial incentives available to eligible healthcare professionals who successfully secure difficult-to-recruit rural positions across Northern, Central, and Southern Alberta through the Rural Capacity Investment Fund (RCIF).

Eligible candidates may receive up to $60,000 based on FTE and Return-for-Service requirements, or up to $500 per pay period to a maximum of $13,000 over 12 months for eligible temporary positions. Incentives are available for both full-time and part-time opportunities.
