Job Description

We are expanding our allied health team and are seeking a passionate, skilled, and motivated Physiotherapist to join our dynamic clinical environment. Second language is an asset (Spanish, Amharic, Arabic, Tigrina, Russian, Ukrainian)

We are a busy, modern, multidisciplinary clinic supporting a high-volume patient population with services that include family medicine, walk-in care, specialist consultations, mental health, allied health, pharmacy collaboration, and more.

Additional Information

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and individualized treatment plans
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic care
Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and long-term wellness
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
Contribute to a positive, supportive, multidisciplinary team environment

Qualifications:
Licensed Physiotherapist in Alberta (or eligibility for registration)
Experience in musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions is an asset
New graduates are welcome to apply
Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
Passion for patient-centred care and multidisciplinary collaboration

Compensation:
Highly competitive fee-split / remuneration model
Ability to grow a full caseload rapidly
Opportunities for extended health service offerings (e.g., pelvic floor physio, sports rehab, chronic pain, etc.)
