Job Description

Physiotherapist – REP Physio (Edmonton, AB)

Full-Time or Part-Time | Riverbend & Summerside

Looking for a clinic where you can practice the way you were trained to — without rushed appointments or assembly-line care?

REP Physio is growing, and we’re looking for a Physiotherapist to join our team in Riverbend  or Summerside.

Why REP Physio Stands Out

  • One-on-one care only — no double booking, no stacked schedules
  • Established, experienced team with 175+ years combined experience
(including FCAMPTs, former UofA Rehab Med faculty, and national leadership)
  • Strong existing client base + internal referrals
  • Modern clinic with large gym and equipment space for active care
  • Supportive environment that values clinical autonomy

What You Can Expect

  • Competitive compensation ($85,000–$120,000+ potential based on caseload). Retention bonus for the right candidate.
  • Flexible schedule for work life balance.
  • Mentorship and collaboration with highly experienced clinicians
  • Diverse caseload (athletes, post-op, general population, seniors)
  • No AHS
  • Education Allowance. Health Spending Account.
  • Full admin support

Your Role

  • Provide evidence-based, active care
  • Build strong relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with a skilled and supportive team (RD, MT, allied health etc.)
  • Grow your caseload with consistent clinic demand and support

Who This Is For

  • A physiotherapist looking to move away from high-volume care
  • Someone who values autonomy, mentorship, and long-term growth
  • Open to both experienced clinicians and motivated new grads
  • Pelvic or concussion/vestibular experience is an asset but not required

What You Won’t Find Here

  • Assembly-line care
  • Rushed treatments or double-booking
  • Hot packs and TENS (it’s 2026-not 1986)
