Job Description

Full-Time Physiotherapist – Build Your Practice With a Growing Multidisciplinary Clinic | Red Deer

Reform Health + Wellness is looking for a motivated, relationship-focused Physiotherapist to join our growing multidisciplinary clinic in Red Deer, Alberta.

This is an excellent opportunity for a physiotherapist who wants to build a strong full-time caseload, work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and have the opportunity for long-term growth within the clinic.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

  • Build and grow a strong full-time physiotherapy caseload
  • Work collaboratively alongside chiropractors, massage therapists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals
  • Benefit from internal referrals within the clinic
  • Practice with a high degree of clinical autonomy
  • Receive administrative and marketing support
  • Develop a schedule that supports both professional growth and work-life balance
  • Help shape the growth of physiotherapy services at Reform
  • Build long-term relationships within the Red Deer community

Additional Opportunity for the Right Candidate

For the right physiotherapist, there is also the potential to step into a Lead Physiotherapist role with additional incentives.

This is not intended to create a large administrative burden. Rather, it is an opportunity for someone who would value having greater input into the direction and growth of physiotherapy within the clinic.

Potential benefits may include:

  • Enhanced compensation
  • Performance or growth-based incentives
  • A potential signing bonus for the right candidate
  • Greater input into physiotherapy services, equipment, and programming
  • Additional marketing support
  • Opportunities for long-term growth as the physiotherapy side of the clinic expands

The Lead Physiotherapist role can be tailored around the strengths, interests, and level of involvement of the successful candidate.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate:

  • Is registered and in good standing with the appropriate Alberta physiotherapy regulatory body
  • Is passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-informed care
  • Enjoys working in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment
  • Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is motivated to build and maintain a busy clinical practice
  • Values patient education, active rehabilitation, and long-term outcomes
  • Is reliable, professional, and team-oriented

New graduates and experienced physiotherapists are both encouraged to apply. More important than years of experience is finding the right practitioner who aligns with the culture and long-term vision of the clinic.

Additional Skills Are an Asset

Experience or additional training in any of the following would be an asset, but is not required:

  • Dry needling / IMS
  • Manual therapy
  • Sports rehabilitation
  • Exercise prescription and active rehabilitation
  • Vestibular rehabilitation
  • Concussion management
  • Pelvic health
  • Post-operative rehabilitation
  • Chronic pain management

We are also open to supporting a physiotherapist who wants to develop a particular clinical niche or specialty within the clinic.

Why Join Reform?

This is an opportunity to establish and grow a physiotherapy practice within a supportive multidisciplinary environment while maintaining a high level of clinical autonomy.

For someone interested in a larger role, there is also the potential to grow into a leadership position with additional incentives, without taking on the financial risk of opening and operating your own clinic.

Compensation, scheduling, signing bonus, and Lead Physiotherapist incentives can be discussed based on experience and fit.

Interested?

If you are a physiotherapist considering a new opportunity in Red Deer, we would be happy to have a confidential conversation about the position and what you are looking for in the next stage of your career.

Please submit your resume along with a brief introduction outlining your clinical interests and what you are looking for in your next opportunity.
