Job Description

Physiotherapist – Build a Career You’re Proud Of

Full-Time or Part-Time | REP Physio | Edmonton, AB

Practice Physiotherapy the Way It Was Meant to Be.

You became a physiotherapist to solve problems, build relationships, and help people move, recover and perform at their best.

At REP Physio, we’ve spent more than 10 years building a clinic where physiotherapists have the autonomy, support and resources to do exactly that.

We are looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time Physiotherapist to join our Edmonton team.

Whether you’re an experienced clinician looking for the right long-term home or a new graduate searching for exceptional mentorship and a place to grow, we’d love to meet you.

Why Physiotherapists Choose REP

Clinical autonomy.
We trust physiotherapists to be physiotherapists. Use your clinical reasoning, develop individualized treatment plans and make recommendations based on what you believe is best for your patients.

Exceptional mentorship.
You’ll work alongside an experienced team that includes former University of Alberta Rehabilitation Medicine faculty, FCAMPT physiotherapists, Canadian Orthopaedic Division leaders, physiotherapists working with professional sports teams, and clinicians with decades of experience.

Collectively, our physiotherapy team brings more than 175 years of clinical experience to REP.

An established clinic—not a start-up caseload.
REP has served Edmonton since 2016. With three south Edmonton locations, established referral relationships and a strong community presence, you’ll have the opportunity to build a rewarding caseload within an established practice.  Modern amenities for active care, a full gym, force plates to track progress etc.

Time to provide excellent care.
We believe great physiotherapy is built on clinical reasoning, education, movement, exercise, hands-on care when appropriate, and meaningful relationships with patients.

A career you can sustain.
We want great clinicians to stay great clinicians. Flexible scheduling, holidays and time away from the clinic, professional development and a supportive team are all part of building a career that remains rewarding for the long term.

What REP Offers

  • Competitive compensation $85,000–$120,000+ annual earning potential depending on schedule and caseload
  • Full-time or part-time opportunities at all locations
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Health Spending Account
  • Continuing Education Allowance
  • Retention bonus available for the right candidate
  • Established referral sources
  • Strong administrative support
  • Modern private treatment and rehabilitation spaces
  • Collaborative multidisciplinary environment
  • Experienced clinical mentorship
  • Professional development opportunities
  • Three established south Edmonton locations
  • The autonomy to practice evidence-informed physiotherapy

You’ll Treat More Than One Type of Patient

Our clinics see a diverse mix of:

Active adults • recreational and competitive athletes • post-operative rehabilitation • workplace injuries • motor vehicle injuries • persistent pain • older adults wanting to remain active and independent. No AHS.

You’ll also work alongside a multidisciplinary team that includes physiotherapists, massage therapists, psychologist, dietitian, kinesiologist, acupuncturist, and other rehabilitation professionals.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a physiotherapist who:

  • Cares deeply about patient outcomes
  • Values clinical reasoning and evidence-informed practice
  • Enjoys learning and continuing to develop professionally
  • Wants autonomy while being part of a collaborative team
  • Communicates well and builds strong patient relationships
  • Takes pride in providing exceptional care

New graduates are absolutely encouraged to apply.

Starting practice can be exciting—and intimidating. At REP, you won’t simply be handed a schedule and expected to figure everything out yourself. You’ll have experienced clinicians around you to discuss cases, answer questions and help you develop your clinical reasoning and confidence.

Experienced physiotherapists are equally welcome.

If you’re looking for greater autonomy, a strong clinical team, an established patient base and an environment where you can focus on being an excellent physiotherapist, REP may be the change you’ve been looking for.

Come Meet REP.

Sometimes the best way to know whether a clinic is right for you is simply to see it.

We’d be happy to show you around, introduce you to the team and have a conversation about what you’re looking for in the next stage of your career.
