Physiotherapist — Edmonton/Red Deer

What you will do:

Work with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, directed towards maintaining and enhancing their physical abilities, lifestyle and well-being.
Be responsible for managing and prioritizing clinical caseloads, and for the coordination and delivery of therapeutic services.
Participate in a collaborative care model providing holistic, comprehensive care to meet the needs of clients.
Promote positive relationships between clients, team members, funders and the community.

What you will need to be successful:

You are registered as a member in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta.
Ability to travel within the Red Deer area (valid driver’s license and reliable car is required). Health Care Providers Level C CPR certification issued within the last 12 months prior to commencement of employment.
Your focus is to embrace person and family-centered care.
You are passionate, empathetic, use good judgement and apply critical thinking when making client decisions.
You are known for your excellent communication skills and ability to work in collaboration within an interdisciplinary team as well as work independently.
You value the role a therapist plays in keeping clients at home when that is of personal importance.
