Physical Pursuit Physiotherapy – Experience the Okanagan, Summerland BC

Physical Pursuit Physiotherapy

Full-Time
13012 Victoria Rd North, Summerland BC Posted January 24, 2026

Job Description

Tired of winter driving and 6-month cold snaps?
Summerland is the Okanagan you wish Kelowna still was — lakeside living, vineyards out your back door, real community, and four true seasons without the deep freeze.

Work minutes from Okanagan Lake, finish early enough to paddleboard or hit the trails, and actually afford a lifestyle instead of just grinding shifts. No big-city congestion, no clinic mills — just high-quality care, outdoor living, and time back in your life.

What We Offer:
1-on-1 Mentorship: Benefit from weekly mentorship sessions focusing on the Integrative Systems Model (ISM) developed by Diane Lee.

Flexible Hours: Enjoy the work-life balance you’ve been searching for with flexible working hours. We offer both part-time and full-time positions to suit your lifestyle. No work Friday evenings if you do not want to.

Newly Renovated Clinic: Our modern facility features three closed treatment rooms (two with plumbing) and a dedicated gym space. You’ll have access to: A squat rack, full weight set, artificial turf and more.

Competitive Compensation:  An experienced physiotherapist would expect to start at 55% but moving to 60% in 2 years. A competitive split will be offered to a new graduate.

About You:
Registered and in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC/College of Physiotherapists of Alberta.
Passionate about providing high-quality patient care.
Eager to learn and grow within the profession.
Collaborative and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment.
