Are you a physiotherapist who is passionate about working with infants, children, and youth, looking for an opportunity to develop programs and utilize your pediatric physiotherapy training to make a real difference in children’s lives?
This is a unique, entrepreneurial opportunity designed for a clinician who wants to build, shape, and lead a dedicated pediatric practice area from the ground up, backed by an established clinic reputation and an immediate, internal network of perinatal clients and a developing pediatric caseload.
We are looking for:
- A registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta with 5 or more years of clinical experience
- Have postgraduate certifications and or training specific to the pediatric population such as training in early intervention and developmental and neurodevelopmental delays and or pediatric pelvic health
- Experience treating conditions such as:
- Torticollis and plagiocephaly
- Birth related injuries
- Delayed gross motor milestones
- Breastfeeding-related musculoskeletal issues
- Musculoskeletal conditions,injuries and post surgical management
- Proficient in developing goal based treatment plans with a family-centered approach
- A warm, patient, and playful approach to working with children and families
- Excellent communicator with a strong commitment to working collaboratively with allied health professionals
- A passion for helping children reach their fullest potential while empowering parents through gentle, effective care
Responsibilities
- Assess and develop treatment plans for children with a range of conditions, including developmental delays, neurological disorders, musculoskeletal conditions.
- Provide engaging, play-based therapy to enhance movement, strength, coordination, and functional abilities.
- Work closely with families, providing education and support to help them integrate therapy into daily life.
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to ongoing service development.
- Additional Assets
- Experience working in an interdisciplinary setting
- Training in pediatric pelvic health- bedwetting, constipation, familiarity with the Interoception and Toileting Method (Kelly Mahler, OT)

We are a small, well-established pelvic health physiotherapy clinic looking for an experienced and skilled pediatric physiotherapist with a keen interest in program development to collaborate with our team. We believe in bringing targeted pediatric physiotherapy care to families in the ever-expanding and underserved South Calgary region from within our pelvic health clinic.
