Part-Time Physiotherapist – Physiobox Physiotherapy and Coaching

physiobox Physiotherapy and Coaching

Part-Time
2985 23 Ave NE, Unit 125, Calgary, AB T1Y 7L3 Posted March 8, 2026 Deadline: March 31, 2026

Job Description

We’re currently looking for a part-time physiotherapist to join the team at physiobox Physiotherapy and Coaching.

This position initially includes one weekend shift and one to two weekday shifts (days and hours flexible), with the potential to transition to weekday-only hours once a baseline caseload is established, and the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as both the clinician and clinic continue to expand.

physiobox is a small, independent clinic located within a large gym environment, creating a setting that naturally supports exercise-based rehabilitation, movement education, and long-term health. Our model prioritizes longer one-on-one appointments, low patient volumes, and thoughtful, evidence-based care that integrates manual therapy, movement, and a biopsychosocial approach.

This role is ideal for a physiotherapist with 2–3+ years of experience who is fully registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working one-on-one with patients, values exercise-based treatment, and takes an evidence-informed approach to manual therapy and rehabilitation.

We’re particularly interested in clinicians who demonstrate a genuine commitment to health and fitness through their own lived experience, and who value autonomy, collaboration, and helping people achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes. This role tends to attract physiotherapists who enjoy taking the time to think, teach, and move with their patients.

Our practice environment is particularly well-suited to physiotherapists who enjoy integrating strength training, exercise prescription, and movement education into rehabilitation. We believe physiotherapy should help people recover from pain and injury, move better, become stronger, and build lasting resilience through education, movement, and exercise-based care.

At physiobox, we are committed to creating a sustainable and growth-oriented environment for clinicians. Practitioners are supported through mentorship, collaboration, and the opportunity to refine both their clinical and professional skills within a thoughtful practice model.

After approximately three years of practice with physiobox, practitioners are fully supported in transitioning their patient base into their own independent practice if they choose, using the experience, skills, and professional foundation they’ve built during their time with us. We see this as part of our broader commitment to mentorship and developing excellent clinicians, while helping increase access to high-quality care in our community.

If this opportunity sounds like a good fit, we’d love to hear from you.
