Join Chipperfield Mobile Physio & Wellness, a team redefining accessible, in-home rehabilitation.

We’re expanding our award-winning mobile rehabilitation model to Alberta and are looking for an experienced physiotherapist who’s ready to lead, grow, and make an impact. What You’ll Do

Deliver one-on-one Physiotherapy sessions in clients’ homes or residences as an independent contractor
Design and adapt personalized treatment plans
Document sessions and progress notes in Jane (our electronic medical record)
Provide exceptional care to a diverse caseload: MSK, neuro, ICBC, aging adults, and everything in between
Create positive, lasting relationships. Our clients typically work with us for longer periods of time, which means you get to know them well, and see meaningful results of your work together
Work with our clinical and administrative team in BC and a team of practitioners in Alberta to grow your caseload

What We’re Looking For

A Registered Physiotherapist in Calgary or Edmonton in good standing with CPTA
4+ years of clinical experience.
Passionate about delivering exceptional care in a mobile setting as an independent contractor
Leadership experience, whether mentoring, supervising, or taking initiative in a clinic or community setting.
Experience with neurological, orthopaedic, and senior care populations.
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Strong communicator with a growth mindset. Someone eager to help shape our Alberta expansion and elevate client care in the community.
Thrives on flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful work that makes a real difference.
Willing to commit to at least 12 hours of availability per week .
