Join Our Team: Passionate Physiotherapist Wanted!

Are you a Physiotherapist who loves helping people but is tired of feeling like you’re isolated or seeing too many patients per shift? We are looking for a driven, empathetic clinician to join our vibrant, established practice. Whether you are an experienced professional looking for a fresh, collaborative environment or a motivated newer grad who wants to pursue advanced orthopaedic education courses and have patients who want this treatment approach. • Generous Education Support: We don’t want you to stagnate. We back your professional growth with an annual continuing education allowance for courses, ensuring you can chase the certifications and specialties you are truly passionate about.
  • An Experienced, Collaborative Team: Work alongside a diverse, tight-knit team of experienced therapists. We foster a culture of open doors, shared knowledge, and regular case conversations.
  • An Amazing Patient Community: Our clinic is incredibly proud of the community we’ve built over 12 years in Sherwood Park. You will treat motivated, grateful patients of all ages who are genuinely invested in their recovery and a joy to work with every day.
  • 5-star Google Reviews illustrate our successes.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A degree in Physiotherapy and valid registration/licensing.
  • Orthopaedic level 2 or higher is desirable
  • Acupuncture or dry needling is desirable
  • Interest in providing small-group, innovative, evidence-based exercise programs
  • A positive, team-first attitude and a hunger for continuous learning.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation package (fee-for-service or salary options available).
  • Health and wellness benefits for full-time employees.
  • A bright, modern, and fully equipped facility.
  • Flexible scheduling to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
