Job Description

Symphony Brain Performance is a concussion and neurological rehabilitation clinic in Nanaimo, BC. We are a multidisciplinary team who is passionate about what we do – and we’re looking for a Registered Physiotherapist to join us.

We work with clients navigating acute and persistent concussion, vestibular dysfunction, and general neurological conditions. If this area of practice excites you – or you’ve been wanting to grow into it – this might be the right fit.

Your Role

Assessing and treating clients with acute and persistent concussion and vestibular disorders (and if it interests you general neurological conditions)
Working within a collaborative, integrated care model alongside physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, chiropractors, clinical counsellors, and kinesiologists
Using advanced clinical technology to guide individualized assessment and treatment planning
Will have a mixed caseload of private pay & ICBC

Who We’re Looking For

Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the the college
Experience in Concussion is a strong asset – but curiosity and commitment to learning matters just as much
Experience or strong interest in vestibular rehabilitation and neurological care an asset 
A genuine team player who asks questions, seeks feedback, and thrives in a collaborative environment
Someone who is open to growing, evolving, and being challenged in the best possible way
Bonus points if you like dogs – our part-time clinic puppy Maisie (a miniature dachshund) takes her welcoming duties very seriously
