Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our outpatient MSK team at Enoch Hand Institute and Physiotherapy. This role is primarily based in our private practice clinic, delivering evidence-based assessment and treatment across a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions. As an early member of our clinical team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of clinic workflows and help shape the patient experience. The successful candidate may be asked to provide inpatient orthopedic coverage on an occasional basis as clinic needs develop.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for outpatient MSK conditions
Deliver direct patient care across a diverse caseload in a private practice setting
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Contribute to the development of clinic workflows, policies, and patient care standards
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support coordinated patient care
Participate in quality improvement and clinic development initiatives

 
QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited program
Current registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta
Minimum 3 years of experience in a private practice physiotherapy
Demonstrated ability to manage an independent caseload with minimal supervision
Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills
Current professional liability insurance or eligibility to obtain prior to start date

ASSESTS

Experience in a private practice or multidisciplinary clinic setting
Familiarity with EMR or clinic management software
Experience contributing to clinic development or quality improvement initiatives
Exposure to or experience in an inpatient orthopedic setting

Enoch Hand Institute and Physiotherapy is a new multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic located at River Cree Medical Centre on Enoch Cree Nation, west of Edmonton. We offer outpatient MSK physiotherapy, specialized hand therapy, and inpatient orthopedic rehabilitation services in a modern, collaborative clinical environment
