Clinic Operating Hours: Mon/Wed 7am-8:30pm, Tues/Thurs 8am-8:30pm, Fri 8:30am – 5pm

Stride Physiotherapy & Wellness is excited to welcome a full-time physiotherapist to our brand-new Blackfalds clinic. With strong community momentum and high patient demand, this role offers the opportunity to step into a busy caseload and make an immediate impact. You’ll join a collaborative and dynamic multidisciplinary team that is passionate about delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
– Complete thorough movement, pain, and function-based assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
– Provide hands-on treatment, exercise prescription, and patient education to support rehabilitation, performance, and wellness goals.
– Work closely within a multidisciplinary team—including physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage, and manual osteopathy to offer coordinated, integrated care.
– Contribute to an outstanding patient experience aligned with our core values.
– Participate in clinic initiatives, community involvement, and relationship building within Blackfalds and area.
– Maintain accurate clinical documentation and engage in ongoing professional development and mentorship.

Qualifications & Skills
– Registered physiotherapist (or eligible for registration) in Alberta, in good standing with Physiotherapy Alberta.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
– Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered care.
– Desire to grow, learn, collaborate, and contribute to a positive team environment.
– Interest in community involvement and contributing to a growing clinic.
