About the Position

As a physiotherapist at Full Circle, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.

You will have the autonomy to practice your profession while working alongside other healthcare professionals in a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

· Perform comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

· Provide evidence-informed physiotherapy treatment to address pain, mobility, strength, function, and movement

· Utilize a variety of treatment approaches, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, education, and functional rehabilitation

· Develop progressive exercise and rehabilitation programs tailored to each patient’s goals

· Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate

· Educate patients on injury prevention, movement, ergonomics, and strategies for maintaining long-term health

· Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

· Communicate and collaborate with other practitioners when appropriate to support comprehensive patient care

· Build strong therapeutic relationships and provide an exceptional patient experience

What We’re Looking For

· Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta

· Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills

· Patient-centred approach to care

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a multidisciplinary team

· Commitment to evidence-informed practice and continued professional development

· New graduates and experienced physiotherapists are welcome to apply
