Job Description
Move To Move is seeking a dedicated and versatile Physiotherapist with a specialization or strong interest in Clinical Pilates to join our unique multi-disciplinary healthcare facility in Calgary. We are looking for passionate clinicians who believe in the power of movement-based rehabilitation to help our active and motivated clientele move with confidence and thrive!
We are accepting applications for both part-time and full-time positions, with a minimum requirement of three days per week. We strongly favour candidates with proven experience in private practice who thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and independent environment. We also welcome motivated new graduates who have already begun developing their Clinical Pilates skills and are eager to further their orthopaedic skills through our mentorship program.
Your Role and Caseload
You will manage a primarily private-pay caseload (90%) of active clients. Our patient base includes members of Calgary’s climbing, mountain athlete, running, hockey, and dance communities—many of whom benefit specifically from the core stability and functional mobility of Clinical Pilates.
Quality First: We emphasize extended, personalized 1-on-1 assessment and treatment sessions.
Pilates Integration: Lead individual Clinical Pilates sessions and integrate these principles into standard physiotherapy rehabilitation plans.
Collaboration: Work alongside Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Manual Osteopaths, Massage Therapists, and Strength Coaches to provide a 360-degree recovery plan.

Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (Minimum 3 days per week, minimum 4-hour shifts).
Hours: Mix of morning and afternoon/evening shifts. Saturday shifts are also available as an option.
Start: March/April 2026.
Required: Registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta.
Experience: Strong knowledge and interest in Pilates, therapeutic exercise and movement-based rehab.
Specialized Skills (Assets)
While Clinical Pilates is a core focus of this role, we value a diverse clinical toolkit. Experience or interest in the following areas is highly valued:
Clinical Pilates Certification (Stott, APPI, Calibrate, or equivalent)
Certifications in Dry Needling/Acupuncture, Manual Therapy and/or Strength and Conditioning.
Certifications in Vestibular and Concussion management, Women’s Health and Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation
