Opportunity Description
Manual treatment of trigger point pain is a fundamental skill for all MSK physiotherapists. In this half-day course, you will review the proper techniques for assessment and treatment of myofascial trigger points, and then practice on as many as 18 key muscles. This is a hands-on course. Participants will come away with a new appreciation for how specific we must be when identifying the precise location of trigger points. The workbook is beautifully illustrated with trigger point locations as seen from the viewpoint of the clinician. This practical anatomy course is a must for early-career clinicians that will change the way you provide manual therapy to your patients.
