Opportunity Description
This formal mentorship program helps fast-track your way toward expert MSK clinician, allowing you to enjoy a boost in your job satisfaction, and the acknowledgement from your patients of your expertise. Your instructors for this journey are true experts in their field - lead by chief instructor and curriculum developer Jeff Begg, one of Canada's first Clinical Specialist Physiotherapists.
Drawing from 20 years as a Clinical Lecturer and Assistant Professor at the University of Alberta, Jeff has designed a curriculum that builds on your fundamental knowledge, helping it grow into deep wisdom, pattern recognition, and expert practice . The program is provided in-person and includes a heavy dose of technical skill acquisition, with equal amounts of decision making and wisdom building.
The program is completed in 4 separate modules throughout the year. Modules begin in March, May, August and November. Participants can enter the program at any of the 4 modules, completing the program at their preferred pace. Sign up for the September 2025 module now.
At the successful completion of all modules of the program, a certificate will be issued, which can be listed on your curriculum vita as “Fellowship in musculoskeletal physiotherapy”.
