Primaris Health – Medical Team Physiotherapy Lead

We are looking for a keen physiotherapist to fulfill the role of team lead for our physical therapy team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to a variety of patient demographics, as well as providing oversight for our team of therapists including massage, chiropractors, and fitness consultants.

Your role at Primaris will be relatively unique in the field of Primary Care as you will be working along a highly diverse group of professionals providing both clinical care and care planning consultation. As a leader, you will be expected to be highly-collaborative, provide operational insights, be a part of professional hiring, and you will be developing physical therapy programs for our clinic.

You will be gathering with your colleagues on a regular basis to offer your advice and input on complex patient care plans. You will work closely with all of our professionals to ensure that your patients get exactly the care they need.
