Job Description
Join a collaborative, heart-centred multidisciplinary team committed to exceptional client care!!

Back Be Nimble Wellness Collective (BBN) is a long-established, south Edmonton wellness clinic offering acupuncture, counselling, manual osteopathy, massage therapy and more. We are seeking a Registered Physiotherapist to step into the role of Most Responsible Physiotherapist (MRPT) — a leadership-oriented clinical position responsible for upholding professional excellence within our physio services.

⭐️ About the Role
Physiotherapy is a brand-new service at BBN, giving you the rare opportunity to shape the program from the ground up. This role is ideal for a physiotherapist who values autonomy and wants to build a practice that reflects their clinical style, treatment philosophy, and professional values. As the Most Responsible Physiotherapist, you will provide both direct client care and the practice oversight required by the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta (CPTA) for non–physiotherapist-owned clinics, ensuring that all physiotherapy services meet the CPTA Standards of Practice, Code of Ethical Conduct, and all legislative and professional obligations.

This role is ideal for a physiotherapist who enjoys clinical work while also supporting a high-quality, compliant, and collaborative practice environment.

⭐️ Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care
- Provide high-quality, evidence-informed physiotherapy assessment and treatment.
- Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate closely with other practitioners to support integrated, client-centred care.

Professional Oversight (MRPT Responsibilities)
- Ensure physiotherapy services at BBN align with College Standards of Practice, Code of Ethical Conduct, and all professional legislation.
- Support clinic review processes, internal audits, quality improvement, and incident management.
- Provide guidance to future physiotherapy colleagues regarding clinical standards, documentation, professional obligations, and best practices.
- Offer orientation support for future physiotherapy team members.
- Liaise with clinic leadership when addressing professional issues or emerging practice requirements.

- Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience (preferred).
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from a recognized university.
- Strong understanding of professional obligations, regulatory compliance, and ethical practice.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to support other physiotherapists in the future.
- Interest in working within a multidisciplinary, holistic wellness environment.
- Someone who values professionalism, collaboration, integrity, and client-centred care.
