Job Description
As a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist at Crû, you will assess, treat, and manage individuals with pelvic floor dysfunctions including, but not limited to, urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, pre- and postnatal care, prolapse, and sexual health concerns. You will work closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and help them regain function, comfort, and confidence.
You will also have the opportunity to work in a clinic that integrates movement-based rehabilitation, including Clinical Pilates, Group Pilates Classes and strength and conditioning.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive assessments and evidence-based treatments for pelvic health conditions
Educate clients on pelvic floor anatomy, function, and self-management strategies
Collaborate with other healthcare providers as needed for optimal client outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Participate in growing health and wellness in our community and contribute to the development of pelvic health programs

Qualifications:
Licensed and in good standing with College of Physiotherapists of Alberta
Completion of recognized pelvic health physiotherapy training (Level 1 and above required)
Experience treating a variety of pelvic health conditions (prenatal/postnatal experience is an asset)
Asset if trained in men's pelvic health

Proficiency in specialized Physiotherapy evaluation and treatment techniques
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for every client.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying informed about industry advancements.

Additional Information
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, Evening &/or Morning shifts, Saturdays if desired
Pay: Commission Pay based on qualifications and years of experience

Beyond traditional equipment, we also offer state-of-the-art recovery tools, including full-body contrast tubs, Normatec, Game Ready, and other advanced modalities that set us apart.
