Job Description
As a Physiotherapist at Crû, you will assess, treat, and manage clients with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. You will play a key role in developing personalized, evidence-informed treatment plans and helping clients recover function, reduce pain, and improve their overall well-being.
You will also have the opportunity to work in a clinic that integrates movement-based rehabilitation, including Clinical Pilates, Group Pilates Classes and strength and conditioning.
Key Responsibilities
Perform thorough musculoskeletal assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based Physiotherapy interventions
Educate clients on their condition, treatment options, and home exercise programs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with other health professionals to support comprehensive care
Contribute to the growth of our clinic’s wellness programming and community engagement
Qualifications
Licensed and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta
Strong clinical reasoning and hands-on assessment/treatment skills
Experience treating a variety of orthopedic/ musculoskeletal conditions in various populations
Asset: Experience in a specialized skills (e.g. Needling, joint manipulation, sports rehab etc.)
Ideal Qualities
Proficiency in specialized Physiotherapy techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong commitment to client-centered care and service excellence
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Passion for ongoing learning and professional development
Positive, compassionate, and community-minded

Schedule
Part-Time Offering with opportunity to grow to Full-Time
Monday to Friday with possibility of Saturdays if desired
Morning and/or evening shifts available
Pay: Commission-based on qualifications and years of experience.

Beyond traditional equipment, we also offer state-of-the-art recovery tools, including full-body contrast tubs, Normatec, Game Ready, and other advanced modalities that set us apart.
