You will work in a supportive environment, joining a team of healthcare professionals who are passionate about making a real difference in the lives of our patients and our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, determine movement-, pain- and function-based diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver hands-on therapy, supervise and teach exercises, and provide patient education to support rehabilitation, performance and wellness goals.
- Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, exercise therapists and other allied health professionals, to ensure patients receive coordinated, integrated care.
- Engage in patient-centred care and contribute to the patient experience in line with our core values.
- Support the growth of the clinic by contributing ideas to team processes, participating in community outreach initiatives, and helping to build relationships within the community.
- Maintain clinical documentation, participate in peer discussions, and engage in ongoing professional development to stay current in evidence-based practice.
Qualifications & Skills

- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Demonstrated desire for growth, willingness to learn, adapt and participate in a collaborative environment.
- Enthusiasm for being involved in community events, initiatives and outreach aligned with our community-minded value.
What We Offer
- Competitive compensation, plus additional incentive opportunities for performance and growth.
- A full caseload from day one – stepping into a busy, vibrant clinic environment. Maximum 2 patients per hour, no matter how long you have been practicing.
- Structured mentorship (intensive or regular, depending on your experience) to support you professionally and help you excel.
- Flexible shift scheduling in a brand-new, modern clinic facility with full administrative and assistant support.
- Comprehensive marketing and new patient funnel support.
- A team culture built on caring, collaboration and community-engagement - where your ideas are valued, and your growth is supported.

About The Company
Stride Physiotherapy & Wellness was founded in 2018 with a clear vision: a clinic where our patients, our team, and our community are at the centre of everything we do. We proudly live by our core values - caring, collaboration, community-mindedness, growth, integrity, and commitment. These are more than words to us; they guide how we show up each day for our patients, for each other, and for the communities we serve.
At Stride, our multidisciplinary care model is central. We bring together physiotherapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, manual osteopathy, exercise therapy, dietetics and more, to deliver a seamless, comprehensive and patient-centred experience. Collaboration is encouraged, knowledge is shared, and the best path for each individual is developed together because we believe in breaking down barriers to care, reducing wait times, and creating real movement, real healing and real wellness across Central Alberta.
Working with Stride means joining a team that values your professional growth, invites your ideas, and supports you to thrive so you can do your best work for patients, and still enjoy a healthy work-life balance in a vibrant clinic community.
