Job Description
🌟 Grow Your Physiotherapy Career with REP Physio – Edmonton’s Locally Owned Rehab Leaders

Are you ready to take your physiotherapy career to the next level—while working for a clinic that’s proudly locally owned and deeply invested in its community? REP Physio isn’t just another workplace—we’re an evidence-based, people-first team with over 140 years of combined clinical experience, including former University of Alberta Rehab Medicine faculty and the current Chair of the Orthopedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.

With two thriving locations and a brand-new Riverbend clinic opening this fall, we’re growing and looking for passionate physiotherapists to join our supportive, forward-thinking family.

💪 Why REP Physio Stands Out

Mentorship & Expertise – Learn directly from seasoned clinicians, UofA faculty alumni, and national leaders in physiotherapy.

Education Allowance – Generous annual support for courses and certifications—because your growth matters.

Diverse Caseload – From high-performance athletes to post-op clients and seniors, you’ll sharpen your skills across the spectrum.

Team Culture – Collaborative, supportive, and fun—we celebrate wins and tackle challenges together.

Flexibility & Balance – Full-time or part-time opportunities at Summerside, Westbrook, and Riverbend.

Thoughtfully designed, modern clinic with exercise equipment designed for your client's success.

Competitive Compensation & Perks – Attractive pay structure, health benefits, and modern clinics designed for you to thrive.

🏃‍♀️ What You’ll Do

Deliver one-on-one, extended treatment sessions—no juggling multiple patients at once.

Build lasting relationships with clients and the community.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (physios, massage therapists, dietitian, psychologist, and more).

Stay at the forefront of rehab with mentorship and ongoing professional development.

❌ What You Won’t Do

Rely on passive modalities or assembly-line care.

✅ Who You Are

Licensed (or eligible) with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta.

Excited to learn, grow, and contribute to a respected, community-based clinic.

A team player who values professionalism, collaboration, and fun.
