Part-Time Mobile Physiotherapist – Chipperfield Mobile Physio & Wellness

Chipperfield Mobile Physio & Wellness

Part-Time
Calgary, AB Posted July 20, 2026

Job Description

At Chipperfield Mobile Physio & Wellness, we’re changing how healthcare works—literally. Our mobile model means we go to them. Clients receive care where they’re most comfortable: their homes, retirement communities, or wherever life takes them.

We’re growing fast. And we’re looking for a driven, people-first Physiotherapist who thrives on autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful connection. You’ll be part of an energetic, interdisciplinary team delivering evidence-based care across Calgary—with no clinic walls, no cold fluorescent lighting, and no back-to-back 15-minute appointments.

What You’ll Do

Deliver one-on-one Physiotherapy sessions in clients’ homes or residences (no double bookings, ever)
Design and adapt personalized treatment plans—your clinical judgment leads the way
Document sessions and progress notes in Jane (our practice management platform)
Collaborate with our PT & KIN Team
Provide exceptional care in your area of specialization – whether it be neuro, ortho, peds, etc!
Create positive, lasting relationships—our clients know you by name, not by clipboard

Who You Are

A licensed Physiotherapist in good standing with CPTA
Passionate about mobile care, community health, and working outside traditional clinic settings
Comfortable working independently and managing your own caseload
Skilled in clear communication—with clients, families, and fellow practitioners
Curious, warm, and growth-oriented (bonus points if you laugh easily)

Why Chipperfield?

Competitive compensation: $55,000–$80,000/year depending on hours and caseload
Flexible scheduling: Build a full or part-time caseload that works for you
Above-market fee splits + compensation bonuses to reward your commitment
Autonomy & support: You control your day, but we’ve got your back
Ongoing learning: In-house mentorship, paid shadowing sessions, and inter-team knowledge sharing
Impact: Help build the future of home-based rehab in Calgary
A connected, people-first culture: Get the freedom of mobile care without ever feeling isolated. Join a tight-knit, inclusive team that celebrates your wins, prioritizes your well-being, and genuinely loves what they do.

Perks

$1000 signing bonus
Admin & billing support
Slack, Jane, and Notion ecosystem to keep you connected
Seasonal team socials and giveaways
Mentorship and leadership opportunities as you grow

Apply If…

You’re done with the treadmill pace of traditional clinics. You want deeper connections, more control over your schedule, and a team that celebrates wins together.
