Job Description

Reform Health + Wellness is a brand-new, fully renovated multidisciplinary clinic located in the East Hill Shopping Centre in Red Deer. We are looking for a motivated and skilled Lead Physiotherapist to join our team on a full-time basis and help shape the physiotherapy department from the ground up.

This is an excellent opportunity for a physiotherapist who wants clinical autonomy, strong earning potential, and the chance to work collaboratively in a modern, supportive environment.

The Role

As the Lead Physiotherapist, you will:

  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy care to a diverse patient population
  • Build and grow your own caseload with strong clinic support and referrals
  • Collaborate with chiropractors, massage therapists, and other healthcare professionals

Ideal Candidate

  • Registered (or eligible for registration) with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta

  • Self-motivated with a desire to grow a successful practice
  • Previous leadership or mentoring experience is an asset, but not required
