We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Physiotherapist to join our team as we launch our expanded physio space.
This is a unique opportunity to:

Your Role
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Educate patients and promote long-term health and performance
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Ideal Candidate
- Registered (or eligible) with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta
- Strong interest in orthopedic and/or sports physiotherapy
- Experience or interest in:
- Active rehab and exercise-based treatment
- Manual therapy
- Concussion / vestibular rehab (asset)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow within a clinic

Duties
- Assess patients’ physical conditions through detailed evaluations and medical history reviews
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to improve mobility and reduce pain
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, recovery processes, and home exercises
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Assist in the management of acute care cases and pediatric patients as needed
Requirements
- Valid license or certification as a Physiotherapist in the respective region or country
- Proven experience in hospital settings with a focus on acute care preferred
- Experience working with pediatric patients is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient care protocols
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
- Compassionate approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
