Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and positive Physiotherapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality patient care and constructing individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their recovery goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients’ physical conditions and mobility limitations
- Commitment to spending ample time with every patient (30 min treatment sessions, 60 min assessment slots)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy, educate patients on injury prevention, and detail home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely charting habits of patient records and treatment notes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when needed
- Ensure a positive and supportive patient experience
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
- Licensed to practise in Alberta
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in musculoskeletal or sports injuries is an asset
- New grads welcome!
