Sports Physiotherapist Opportunity – Train, Collaborate, and Grow

Body Restoration Edmonton is looking for a part-time or full-time Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team.

Send your resume to: nfennig@bodyrestoration.ca

Do you want to work alongside a Sports Medicine Physiatrist, see complex unique injuries firsthand, and be part of a collaborative team that is changing how sports medicine is delivered in Edmonton?

If so, keep reading.

At Body Restoration, physiotherapists don’t work in silos. We have built an integrated sports medicine model where physiotherapists, physicians, chiropractors, massage therapists, and rehabilitation professionals work together to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with a Sports Physiatrist, gaining exposure to advanced diagnostics, musculoskeletal ultrasound, injection therapies, return-to-sport decision making, and high-performance rehabilitation. You’ll collaborate on cases, learn from experienced clinicians, and develop skills that most physiotherapists don’t get exposed to until much later in their careers.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Loves sports, movement, performance, and helping active people get back to what they love.
  • Wants to become an elite clinician and is committed to continuous learning.
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys discussing cases with other healthcare professionals.
  • Is motivated, energetic, and excited to build their own practice.
  • Isn’t afraid to challenge conventional thinking and seek better solutions for patients.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Dry needling/IMS certification
  • Manual therapy training
  • Strength and conditioning experience
  • Experience working with athletes
  • A passion for sports medicine and return-to-performance rehabilitation

What We Offer

  • Direct mentorship from a Sports Medicine Physiatrist and experienced physiotherapists
  • In-house continuing education and case collaboration
  • In house dry needling and spinal manipulation certification if desired
  • MSK ultrasound advanced training.
  • Access to a highly active and athletic patient population
  • Flexible scheduling options
  • Competitive split-fee compensation
  • Opportunity to build a thriving caseload in a supportive team environment
  • A culture focused on growth, innovation, and clinical excellence

Whether you’re a newer physiotherapist looking to accelerate your career or an experienced clinician wanting to level up your sports medicine expertise, we’d love to hear from you.

Start Date: August/September

Compensation: Competitive split-fee model

Hours: Flexible (Part-Time or Full-Time)

Location: Edmonton, Alberta

About the Company

Body Restoration is not your typical clinic. We are a fast-growing, multidisciplinary sports medicine and rehabilitation company where physiotherapists work alongside sports medicine physicians, physiatrists, chiropractors, psychologists, massage therapists, and exercise professionals in a truly collaborative environment. If you’re passionate about athletics, movement, performance, and helping people get back to doing what they love, you’ll have direct access to mentorship, advanced diagnostics, ultrasound-guided medicine, regenerative rehabilitation, and some of the most complex musculoskeletal cases in the community. This is a place where curiosity, innovation, and continual learning are encouraged every day.

We’re looking for clinicians who want more than just a treatment room and a schedule. At Body Restoration, you’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, embraces evidence-informed care, and is constantly building new programs in sports medicine, injury prevention, chronic pain, concussion management, orthopaedics, and performance rehabilitation. Whether you’re an athlete yourself or simply driven by professional growth, you’ll find opportunities to develop advanced skills, collaborate with experts, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of active people throughout Edmonton. If you’re ambitious, motivated, and excited about being part of something bigger than yourself, we’d love to meet you.
