Job Description

North Hill Physiotherapy is a small, independently owned community physiotherapy clinic in Calgary.

We are seeking a Physiotherapist Locum for approximately 8 weeks, ideally starting in early June, to cover an established caseload in a general orthopaedic private practice setting. Flexible scheduling and full time or part time hours are available. Our clinic uses Jane App EMR and has experienced front-end support staff to perform booking and administration. The start date is flexible for temporary caseload coverage for one of our physiotherapists. The clinic is open Monday to Thursday from 7 am to 7 pm, and Friday from 7 am to 3 pm.

Position Details

  • Type: Locum (8 weeks leave coverage)
  • Start: Immediate
  • Schedule: Flexible, with  preference for an earlier start (part-time or full-time available)

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Completed MScPT/MPT/BScPT Degree + Registered Physiotherapist in Alberta
  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta
  • Professional liability Insurance required
  • Comfortable managing a general orthopaedic caseload independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • New graduates are welcome to apply

North Hill Physiotherapy is a locally-owned physiotherapy clinic that has been serving Calgary for over 30 years. We provide personalized, evidence-based care in a friendly and supportive environment with a strong focus on patient-centered care. We do not book more than two patients per hour for each physiotherapist. Funding for treatments is provided by private insurance, WCB, motor vehicle insurance, Alberta Health Service, and patients themselves.
