Job Description

We’re looking for a Physiotherapist who is truly passionate about what they do—and loves doing it alongside a team. If you love helping people get back to what matters most, enjoy geeking out about research, and are energized by learning with others, you’ll feel right at home here.

The role

  • Provide thorough orthopedic/MSK assessments and treatment plans.
  • Design and deliver individualized treatment programs grounded in current evidence and strong clinical reasoning.
  • Empower clients through education, movement strategies, and sustainable home programming.
  • Collaborate with our in-house team—co-treating or consulting when it supports better outcomes.
  • Document clearly and professionally and contribute to a consistently excellent client experience.

Who we’re looking for

  • Registered Physiotherapist in good standing.
  • Strong orthopedic/rehab skills with a commitment to ongoing learning and best practices.
  • Evidence-based approach, excellent assessment skills, and thoughtful exercise prescription.
  • Warm, professional communication and a client-first mindset.
  • A collaborator by nature—confident in your skills and happy to share ideas, refer internally, and be part of a team.

About the Company

What makes our clinic different

  • Genuine collaboration: You’ll work alongside a team that includes chiropractic, massage therapy, psychology, pelvic floor physiotherapy, pediatric physiotherapy, reflexology, naturopathy, acupuncture, concussion specialist care, craniosacral therapy, and more—people who respect each other’s scopes and communicate well.
  • Warm, welcoming culture: We support each other, share ideas, and consult when it benefits the patient/client.
  • High standards, kind humans: We go above and beyond for our patients/clients, and we value clinicians who do the same.
  • Whole-person care: We believe great outcomes come from excellent assessment, clear education, and a plan that fits the person in front of you.
