MRU Injury & Prevention Clinic

Are you looking to be part of a multidisciplinary, energetic, and supportive clinic in a vibrant university setting? The MRU Injury and Prevention Clinic is located on campus at Mount Royal University in Calgary, Alberta, situated on the Traditional Lands of the Niitsitapi and the people of the Treaty 7 Territory.

Our patient population is diverse, serving students and staff as well as patients from the broader community. We are an interdisciplinary team of independent practitioners passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-informed care. We work in close collaboration with our on-site primary care medical clinic (Health Services) and Sport Medicine Physicians.

The Opportunity

We offer the advantage of practicing as a private contractor with a competitive split in a highly supported and busy clinic environment.

We are currently looking for a Physiotherapist (approx. 20 hours/week) who thrives in a team setting and is excited to contribute to a dynamic and supportive clinical environment.

What You’ll Bring

Experience: Ideally 2+ years of clinical physiotherapy experience.
Skills: Training in IMS or other dry needling techniques.
Credentials: Active registration and good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta.

Schedule & Start Date

Hours: 15–20 hours per week.

About the Company

The MRU Injury and Prevention Clinic is located in Wellness Services at Mount Royal University. Our team of multidisciplinary health care practitioners includes Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Athletic Therapists,  Massage Therapists, Pedorthist,  Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner, and a Naturopathic Doctor.  The team cross refers to Sports Medicine and Primary Care Physicians in Health Services, also located in Wellness Services. Our culture is highly collaborative and supported by comprehensive administrative expertise.
