What You’ll Do

This hybrid role includes both clinical practice and community development.
Clinical Care

  • Provide in-home physiotherapy services (24–40 hours per week)
  • Deliver exceptional client experience
  • Maintain strong communication and documentation standards

Community & Growth Leadership

  • Build relationships with retirement communities and healthcare partners
  • Deliver educational presentations and workshops
  • Support referral development and community outreach
  • Help strengthen team capacity and support onboarding of new clinicians
  • Contribute to the long-term growth of PhysioCare in Calgary

Who You Are

  • Registered Physiotherapist in good standing in Alberta
  • Confident, relationship-driven, and proactive
  • Comfortable working independently in the community
  • Interested in leadership and growth
  • Motivated by building something meaningful
