Full-Time

Job Description

Move To Move is looking for a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team. We are currently offering a flexible role ranging from a minimum of 3 days per week up to full-time.

Whether you are a seasoned clinician or a motivated recent graduate, we are looking for someone who believes that better movement means living better. We want a practitioner who provides not just relief, but a pathway to a full, adventurous life for every client.

Your Role:

You will manage a diverse orthopaedic caseload with a heavy emphasis on active rehabilitation within a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team.

  • Collaborative Care: Work closely with our Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, Manual Osteopaths, and Strength Coaches to provide a 360-degree recovery plan.
  • Practical Rehab: Use our expansive gym space to bridge the gap between table-based treatment and real-world movement.
  • Quality Time: We focus on extended 1-on-1 sessions. You have the time to treat each client as an individual, educate them, and watch them move.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience Level: Both Experienced Clinicians and New Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Education: Registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta.
  • Clinical Skill: A strong interest in therapeutic exercise and the ability to coach patients through gym-based movements.
  • Availability: Minimum of 3 days per week (shifts are typically 5+ hours with a mix of mornings/evenings; Saturdays optional).

Assets:

  • Certifications in Clinical Pilates, Women’s Health/Pelvic Floor, Dry Needling/Acupuncture, Manual Therapy, and/or Strength and Conditioning (CSCS).
  • Post-graduate training in Vestibular Rehabilitation and/or Concussion Management.
  • 2+ years of experience in private practice.
