Full or Part-Time Physiotherapist at Elevate Functional Health

New

Elevate Functional Health

Full-Time
#1-640 42nd Ave NE Calgary, Alberta T2E7J9 Posted January 27, 2026

Job Description

Let’s be honest: you didn’t get into physiotherapy to grind through 10-minute appointments in a beige room with bad lighting and no lunch break.

At Elevate Functional Health, we do things differently — and we’re looking for a confident, experienced physiotherapist who wants more than “just a job.”

The Role

Full-time preferred, but part-time absolutely an option

Start date: Ideally immediate, but flexible for the right fit

Caseload: active, motivated patients who value quality care

Real autonomy, clinical trust, and collaboration

Opportunity to expand your scope, influence, and income over time

Who We’re Looking For

You might be our person if you are:

An experienced physiotherapist (ideally 7+ years — but quality matters more than years)

Confident but humble

Team-oriented, high-energy, and not afraid to laugh

A little sarcastic (okay, more than a little 😄)

Curious, growth-minded, and passionate about whole-person care

Must-Haves

Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta

Certified in dry needling / IMS

Strong Assets

Ability to requisition imaging

Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration and functional movement

About the Company

About Us

Elevate Functional Health is a multidisciplinary clinic built around one core belief:
pain and hormones are deeply connected — and treating one without the other misses the mark.

We’re located on the second level of Elevate YYC, a functional fitness facility in Greenview, with sweeping views of the downtown Calgary skyline. Our clinic space is modern, warm, and intentionally designed — exposed brick, exposed ceilings, huge windows, and zero clinical sterility vibes.

We’ve been fully operational since September 2025 (with a strong foundation laid in 2024) and are growing thoughtfully.

Our Team

You’ll be working alongside a collaborative, high-calibre group:

Naturopathic Doctor

TCM Doctor / Acupuncturist

Registered Massage Therapist

Physiotherapist

Social Worker

Administrative Assistant

Our patients are active, affluent, motivated, and include athletes, parents, mid-life professionals, and individuals managing OA who actually want to get better.

Additional Information

The Elevate Advantage

This role comes with some serious perks:

Full access to Elevate YYC gym (membership included)

Use of gym space for rehab, movement assessments, and real-life functional testing

A very competitive split with an ascension model that allows income and career growth beyond 1:1 care

Free or heavily discounted access to other in-house services (IV therapy, prolotherapy, massage, etc.)

A clinic culture that genuinely believes:
if clinicians aren’t healthy and happy, patients lose.

We invest in our people — full stop.
