Restorative Whole Health

Full-Time Part-Time
322113 15 Street E Okotoks, AB Posted December 3, 2025 Deadline: June 30, 2026

Job Description

Experienced Physiotherapist
Restorative Whole Health | South Calgary / Okotoks / Foothills
Who we are
Restorative Whole Health is an interdisciplinary clinic in Okotoks offering physiotherapy, chiropractic, psychology, counselling, dietitian, and massage therapy services under one roof. We’re stewarding a new standard of care — one rooted in trust, respect, and compassion, where proactive whole-health replaces the reactive, episodic model that has defined healthcare for too long.
We don’t run a revolving door. We build relationships.
Who we’re looking for
We’re hiring an experienced physiotherapist (2+ years in practice) who’s done with the high-volume, patient-average-of-3 model and is ready for something different. Someone who believes the real work of physiotherapy happens in the 5th, 8th, and 12th visit — not the first. Someone who gets as excited about a current patient returning for a proactive check-in as they do about a new booking.
You’ll thrive here if you:
– Lead with connection. You have excellent communication skills and genuinely know how to build rapport. Patients leave your room feeling heard, not processed.
– Believe in proactive, preventative care. You treat episodes of pain, but you also build care plans that keep people well. You see physiotherapy as something people should engage with before they’re broken — not only after.
– Want to help change the model. You’re not here to run through a list of bookings. You’re here to contribute to a practice that is actively shifting healthcare away from the reactive, episodic default and toward whole-health care that produces real, lasting outcomes.
– Value friendships at work. You want coworkers who become colleagues who become friends. You believe culture isn’t a perk — it’s the point.
– Take ownership. You care about the success of the practice, not just your own caseload. You bring ideas, show up for team meetings with something to contribute, and invest in the people around you.
This role isn’t for you if…
– You’re looking for a room to rent and a revolving door of new patients.
– Your goal is to discharge in 3–4 visits and move on.
– You’d rather keep your head down than build something with a team.
– You think “proactive care” is a marketing phrase, not a clinical philosophy.
We’d rather be honest about the fit than waste your time and ours.
What you’ll do
– Provide comprehensive, evidence-based physiotherapy assessment and treatment.
– Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to build individualized care plans that treat the whole person.
– Build and sustain strong patient relationships through trust, education, and clear communication.
– Participate in team meetings, mentorship sessions, and community initiatives.
– Contribute to a clinic culture that values learning, honesty, and shared success.
What we’re looking for on paper
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
– Registered and in good standing with Physiotherapy Alberta College.
– 2+ years of clinical experience.
– Strong clinical reasoning and patient communication skills.
– Experienced in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and dry needling.
– Self-motivated, dependable, and genuinely team-oriented.
– A real commitment to evidence-based, collaborative, proactive care.
What we offer
– A real team. Senior clinicians with decades of combined experience, an interdisciplinary group that actually talks to each other, and colleagues you’ll want to grab coffee with.
– Mentorship and growth. Space to develop clinically and professionally, with the support to do it well.
– A clear philosophy. We know what we stand for and what we don’t. That clarity makes the work easier.
– A community-rooted practice. We’re invested in Okotoks, South Calgary, Foothills and surrounding areas and our patients feel it.
– Competitive compensation. Commensurate with experience.
