Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated female Registered Physiotherapist to join our team as a locum starting in December 2025 or January 2026. This position offers flexibility, work-life balance and the opportunity to work in a calm, client-centered environment. Focus on pelvic health is an asset but not required.

You’ll have the chance to build meaningful relationships with clients, work at your own pace, and provide truly individualized care without the rush or volume pressures of a larger clinic.

This role is ideal for a therapist who values connection, quality care, and work-life balance, and appreciates a flexible schedule within a supportive, home-based clinic. It’s the perfect fit for someone who enjoys a calm, personalized environment where every client feels seen, heard, and genuinely cared for.
Additional Information
What we are looking for:
* Credentials: Licensed Physiotherapist in Alberta (good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta)
* Professional Liability Insurance required
* Experience in needling, and/or pelvic health is an asset.

The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing patients, creating and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing therapeutic interventions, and conducting follow-up evaluations. Additional duties include educating patients on injury prevention and health promotion, managing patient records, and collaborating with admin and the registered massage therapist to ensure comprehensive patient care.

* One-on-one time with patients; no double bookings
* Full 60 minute assessments and 30 minute treatment sessions
* Part-time flexible hours
* 5 months with possibility of extension if desired
* Private treatment room with hydraulic table
* Provided linens (no fees)

* Comprehensive reception support (booking, billing, etc.)
* We offer our patients online booking and direct billing
* We offer a very competitive compensation model (fee split)
* Private insurance and MVA caseload, no WCB or AHS contracts
