Job Description
Access Orthopaedics is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate Physiotherapist to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary team. This is a unique role that offers the best of both worlds: the chance to work closely with our orthopaedic surgeons, physiatrists, and physicians while also maintaining your own independent physiotherapy caseload. There may also be an opportunity to work within the Alberta Health Services’ Rapid Access Clinic framework at Access Orthopaedics, triaging shoulder and soft tissue knee patients as part of our expanding clinical model.

You’ll enjoy longer, one-on-one treatment times and the opportunity to work with a diverse mix of clients, including private, motor vehicle accident (MVA), Alberta Health Services (AHS), and long-term disability (LTD) patients. With a high volume of referrals and a strong reputation in the community, you’ll have the opportunity to build a busy caseload quickly.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a team player who brings clinical excellence and positive energy to their practice. If you’re passionate about evidence-based, active care and enjoy collaborating with a fun, engaged team—we want to meet you.
