Job Description
Access Orthopaedics is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate Physiotherapist to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary team. This is a unique role that offers the best of both worlds: the chance to work closely with our orthopaedic surgeons, physiatrists, and physicians while also maintaining your own independent physiotherapy caseload. There may also be an opportunity to work within the Alberta Health Services’ Rapid Access Clinic framework at Access Orthopaedics, triaging shoulder and soft tissue knee patients as part of our expanding clinical model.
You’ll enjoy longer, one-on-one treatment times and the opportunity to work with a diverse mix of clients, including private, motor vehicle accident (MVA), Alberta Health Services (AHS), and long-term disability (LTD) patients. With a high volume of referrals and a strong reputation in the community, you’ll have the opportunity to build a busy caseload quickly.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a team player who brings clinical excellence and positive energy to their practice. If you’re passionate about evidence-based, active care and enjoy collaborating with a fun, engaged team—we want to meet you.
You might be a great fit if you:
Are licensed and in good standing with the College of Physical Therapists of Alberta
Are committed to lifelong learning and professional development
Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical environment
Have prior experience in physiotherapy (new grads are welcome too!)
Why Join Us?
Competitive compensation, reviewed annually
Extended Health & Dental Benefits + Health Spending Allowance
Monthly mentorship sessions and ongoing learning opportunities
Regular staff events and a vibrant team culture
A rare opportunity to work across disciplines with direct access to medical specialists
How to Apply:
We’d love to hear about your treatment philosophy and what excites you about joining our team.
Thanks in advance for considering this opportunity—we look forward to meeting you!
