Job Description
We’re looking for a rockstar physiotherapist to join our team in downtown Calgary—where hustle meets health, and our patients are not just clients, they’re family. If you’ve got the skills to help people move better and live better—and a passion to make a real impact—then we want YOU.

What we offer:
• An opportunity to work in a collaborative and positive team atmosphere.
• Cutting-edge equipment and skilled physiotherapy team in the heart of Calgary
• A fun and supportive team that celebrates and recognizes successes and achievements
• A chance to take control of your career
• Competitive pay that respects your expertise (because you’re worth it).
• Growth opportunities: professional development, mentoring, clinical education sessions and collaboration with an experienced team and other professionals in the community.
What We’re Looking For:
• A Problem Solver – You know how to assess, diagnose, and create treatment plans that work. Bonus points for thinking outside the box!
• A People Person – Building relationships with clients is second nature to you. You know how to make them feel comfortable and inspired to do the work it takes to heal.
• A Lifelong Learner – You’re always looking to level up your skills. Whether it’s attending workshops or learning from colleagues, you’re into constant growth.
• A Positive Vibe – You know how to keep things lighthearted while getting the job done. Energy is contagious.
What we need from you:

– a full-time physiotherapist to start immediately—30+ clinical hours a week.
– clinical experience treating an orthopaedic caseload as well as ideally some advanced certification in dry needling (IMS), acupuncture, manual therapy, and/or sport physiotherapy.
– candidate who is as passionate about physiotherapy as we are– offering exceptional care, team work, and learning and growing.

Other things we can offer:
– autonomous caseload as well as skill development and learning in effective and complete management of an injury (i.e. quarterback of patient’s care)
– chance to join and work in a thriving downtown community in a bright, modern clinic in prime downtown location
– top quality and efficient admin team that allows physios to focus on patient care
– FCAMPT and caseload management mentoring
– one-on-one 30 minute appointment slots; 60 minute initial assessments
– no WCB or AHS (contract) patients.
– direct billing + online booking
– Monday thru Friday work week; no weekends.
